I've always wanted my work to align with my values. That's why I spent more than 30 years promoting social and economic justice through working for nonprofits in the fields of food security and developmental disabilities.

Now I’m directing my energy toward another value–helping social change makers clarify their values and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Coaching allows people to tap into their own knowledge and intuition to move toward their ideal self. As a coach, I act as a trusted partner in exploration. Utilizing compassion, mindfulness, neuroscience, and humor, I’m a companion in questioning, wondering, and creating.
